LIMINAL DIMENSION TRAVEL REGULATIONS

ONE: this passport grants access to the wandering library. any and all logs may be recorded through use of magickal signature.

TWO: leyline and wishing well use is allowed for anyone having passed 6 mortal years or accompanied by a legal guardian.

THREE: a certificate for finishing secondary schooling has been filed with the ministry. faerie rings and ground portals may be used indiscriminately.

FOUR: spherical travel is allowed only with the proper accompanying permits. see form A38 for time and form C5.78 for matter.

FIVE: astral travel to the inverse is only permitted in the presence of a ministry defence official and by royal decree. there are no exceptions to this rule.

PRECAUTIONS FOR TRAVEL

GROUND TRAVELLING on levels TWO to THREE.

keep a piece of metal on you while traversing the other realms. identify yourself to the gatekeeper by given name only; make sure to exit where you entered.

SPHERICAL TRAVELLING.

the star-touched lands may have averse effects on mental and physical condition after ca. 5 hours of exposure. consume iron- and electrolyte-heavy food and drink for min. of 3 days beforehand. communicate a return time and state with your healthcare provider and see them immediately upon return.

ASTRAL TRAVELLING.

be aware that when asked for your true name in the inverse, you must answer truthfully. plan for any repercussions of this reveal upon return. make absolutely sure that you return alone.
